Prices have been adjusted so to bring them in line with published figures from the relevant bodies (eg Land Registry). The top 5% and bottom 5% of prices have been ignored. No other adjustments, such as seasonal, have been made.
The average UK property price has been calculated by weighting each county price relevant to the number of dwellings in that county.
The number of days a property is on the market is based on the number of days it is listed on the internet as for sale. The figure is meant as a guide only as properties may not be updated after being sold.
